Terms of purchase & payment terms

 

By placing an order, the customer accepts Lesonen (Lesonen Classic Materials AB) purchase terms and accepts that the purchase involves a payment responsibility.

Ordering is via the website on the internet as we do not have a physical store yet. Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent’s permission before the purchase is completed. A minor who orders without the parent’s permission is not bound by the purchase, but will be liable for the costs incurred for Lesonen (Lesonen Classic Materials AB). Guardian is ultimately responsible for minors. Orders placed without consent in another person’s name are reported. All products we sell can be legally used in Sweden and a manual is included when the product so requires. Please familiarize yourself with the local law before ordering.  The prices in the online store or any offers, apply as long as the stock lasts and until further notice. We reserve the right to make any errors or misspellings in price and description. These terms of purchase are applicable insofar as Swedish or other applicable law does not prescribe terms that are in conflict with these.

All transactions are performed in Euro and the order amount is deducted from your card or account when the order is triggered

 

Cancellations


The customer has the right to cancel an order before it is packed / sent by Lesonen (Lesonen Classic Materials AB). After an order has been packed and shipped, a cancellation is not possible,  The order is then subject to our “Open Purchase Policy” that applies.

If you get in touch with us before your order has been shipped, we can cancel or change your order.

Price changes


We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, e.g. in the event of major changes in exchange rates. Stocked products are always delivered at a confirmed price and the price for a stocked product changes between order and delivery, the price that was when the order was executed applies. For products that are not available in stock when ordering, order-confirmed price applies with reservation for price adjustments from the supplier or other circumstances.

 

Delivery time


Confirmed orders before 2100 on stocked products are usually dispatched the next day (applies to weekdays).  Deviations from the above can, however, occur at higher workloads, which can be, for example, Christmas shopping, Black Friday and more. The transport is not performed with a delivery time guarantee. If we are unable to deliver an item within the promised delivery time, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase and return their item to us according to an open purchase. If the customer chooses partial delivery, goods that are in stock will be sent directly and back-listed goods as soon as they arrive in stock. No extra shipping or other costs will be added. If the remaining listed product is expected to arrive in about 3-5 days, the order will not be partially delivered and if it belongs to the remaining listed product. When purchasing non-stocked or back-listed products, information on maximum delivery time cannot be provided as this is beyond our control.

 

Mode of delivery


Delivery takes place for a private customer normally through PostNord, depending on weight and size, from our warehouse (length of stay at delivery point: up to 14 days). For shipments that are not collected, a service fee of 5.9 Euro is charged for re-transport and administration costs (this may differ for different countries).

 

Transport damage


Always check your delivery when picking up your package. If the goods appear damaged due to defective carton, always unpack and check the item itself. In the event of a transport-damaged product (physical damage to the product), the customer must immediately contact our logistics partner Postnord +46 020-232221 to report about the damaged goods. Then contact Lesonen via email or telephone number and state the order ID and Postnord’s package number so we are aware of this.

 

Support


If it is the case that you find yourself receiving something different than you expected, or the product did not match your expecations.  You can easily reach us via info@lesonen.se, telephone or via chat if you have a problem with your item.

We always try to help our customers solve the problems they have or that have arisen.

 

Error report


Should it turn out that you have problems with your product, we primarily need a bug report that shows / explains what problems you have with your product / product. You send the error report to us via email at info@lesonen.se. It is important to write as extensively as possible so that we can make a proper assessment.

Please note that for warranty and complaints, the following are not approved: returns that prove to be faultless, errors that have arisen through incorrect use / handling, returns that do not have a sufficient error description, if the product lacks or has defective packaging, and returns that are not approved for other reasons by Lesonen (Lesonen Classic Materials AB). Returns


For all types of returns (for example warranty / open purchase / complaint / exchange), you as a customer must first contact our customer service via e-mail (info@Lesonen.se) to get return instructions and your return case registered. For goods that are sent to Lesonen (Lesonen Classic Materials AB) without first being reported incorrectly, no liability is taken. Return instructions are received after the fault report has been made.

 

Open purchase


We offer 30 days open purchase, which applies to private customers. During the open purchase period, you may examine your product to the extent required to be able to determine that it corresponds to the product description and properties.

– Open purchase only applies if the product is kept in unchanged condition.

– Open purchase does not apply to products that fall within hygiene items such as In-Ear headphones or other hygiene items.

– Open purchase does not apply to products that are manufactured to order or modified according to the customer’s wishes (dyed or special orders).

If we need to restore or replace a product after return, a service fee of  25 Euros may be charged depending on the original order if custom work was performed.

 

Right of exchange


You have the right to exchange an item if the item is either covered by an open purchase or warranty according to the points above. The right of exchange does not apply in cases where the warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer / supplier, or where another reason makes the exchange inappropriate. The value of the item at exchange is the lower of the invoiced price and the current price at the time of exchange. When changing, Lesonen (Lesonen Classic Materials AB) offers the shipping for the product you change.

 

Right of withdrawal


As a consumer, according to the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises, you have the right to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you have received the product or a significant part of it. This means that you must notify us that you have regretted your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. To let us know that you want to cancel your purchase, contact our support via email (support@Lesonen.se). The right of withdrawal means that you are allowed to open the package and examine the product to the extent required for you to be able to decide whether it meets your expectations or not. The product must not be used during this time.

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that return shipping for larger products can be costly. Contact your local postal agent or Postnord’s customer service for price information for your product.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, Lesonen (Lesonen Classic Materials AB) has the right to make a deduction as a result of the depreciation of the product. Lesonen (Lesonen Classic Materials AB) refrains from making such a deduction if the product is returned in a substantially unchanged condition. Once we have received the item, we will refund the cost of your product.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to software, games, discs and hygiene items when the seal / seal has been broken. Sealing also refers to technical sealing (eg serial number). However, you have the right to break the packaging to check the product without it affecting the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not cover products that are manufactured to order, such as desktops.

Some products include consumables that are delivered in sealed packaging. In order for the right of withdrawal to apply, these seals must not be broken as (product codes / games or the like)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies.

 

Complaints


In accordance with Swedish law, private consumers have the right to complain about goods that were incorrect when handing over the goods within 3 years from the date of purchase. Notification of a complaint must be submitted to Lesonen within 2 months of the error being discovered. Defects that occur within 6 months from the date of purchase are considered original apart from physical damages that fall under handling errors or accidents.

If the complaint does not occur within 3 years from the date of purchase, the private consumer loses the right to complain about the product.

If you have received an item that is incorrect or incorrectly shipped, Lesonen (Lesonen Signature Materials AB) is responsible for return shipping. In the event of complaints, the Consumer Purchase Act applies. In the event of a dispute, Lesonen (Lesonen Sign

 

Guarantee


The respective manufacturer’s warranty conditions apply, we have one year with us, but if the manufacturer has longer, the warranty can also apply to them over this period. In these cases, we ask the customer to contact the manufacturer in the first place.

All warranties that are specified are valid in Sweden and in cases where the product needs to be sent to manufacturers outside Sweden, we at Lesonen help to send these products there if this falls under the warranty.

Warranty is also not given on products that have been handled incorrectly or otherwise not used in the prescribed manner, this means that for your product to end up under warranty or complaint, the product / product must fall under original defects / production defects and does not fall under handling defects, accidents or wear.

If there is a defect in the product that is under original defect / manufacturing defect that Lesonen (Lesonen Signature Materials AB) is responsible for, undertakes to remedy the defect by repair, re-delivery or in some cases to send out spare parts for own repair. We can also offer the value of the product as a credit amount, if we can not offer an exchange unit, you will be able to buy another item from Lesonen.

Only money as a refund can be paid out within 60 days of receiving the item if the item falls under the warranty.

Additional rights for customers can be invoked by each manufacturer’s own end customer-directed warranty commitments. Lesonen’s liability as a result of defects in goods is limited to what is stated in these general terms of sale and what is stated in the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990: 932).

 

Other conditions


All products marketed by Lesonen can be legally used in Sweden and follow requirements and specifications set by law.

We invoke the right to change / update these terms over time.
